The bye laws department is the Legal affairs office which is set to implement council bye laws and delegated statutes.

APPLICATION OF NOICE AND NUISANCE PERMIT AND TEMPORARY ADVERTISEMENT PERMIT

They are both applied for in the office and are issued on the same day of application that is if all the requirements have been met.

All reported cases either nuisance or stray animals are attended to within 24hours.

 

MONITORING OF SECURITY COMPANY

Monitoring is done twice in a month and all payments are done every month.

 

COLLECTION OF STRAY ANIMALS

The below prices are for pounded animals for roaming around the streets

P100.00 cover charge

Goats- P5.00 per day per head

Sheep- 5.00 per day per head

Donkey, Cattle, Mule- P10.00 per day per head

Others- P2.00 per day per head

The livestock not collected within 7 working days will be considered as Matimela.
